The villa :

The principle of the Villa’s functioning is the following: 220 M2 dividing on 2 levels including each a terrace of 60M2. All rooms of the home are distributed by an internal patio.

The 1st floor : Includes 5 rooms of 15 to 20m2.
- 2 to 3 are double bedrooms with Queen size beds
- 1 to 2 bedrooms with large “twins children beds”

All rooms have a beautiful direct view on the ocean, with room of bath (3 at this floor). The internal garden distributes rooms and one of the rooms of bath

The 2nd floor :
The life’s space is composed of a large room of 120 M2 divided around the internal patio on which a small wooden bridge walking along. We can find a great American kitchen, a bar, a dining room for 10/12 people, a living room there.

The picture window (which opens absolutely) on 12m long distributes the terrace in teak of 60 M2, the view is impregnable on “Punta Veleros". The terrace includes a table of garden, rocking chair in bamboo and hammocks.
